Creating Annotations

Here are directions for how to annotate a source:

  1.  Choose one source to annotate.
  2.  Read/listen/watch your source carefully.
  3.  Open the Annotated Bibliography Worksheet by clicking on this link.  Make a copy of the document.
  4.  In one paragraph, follow the 3-2-1 rule.
    1. 3 sentences summarizing your source
    2. 2 sentences evaluating your source
    3. 1 sentence reflecting on the usefulness of the source
    4. One big paragraph, be sure to edit
  5. Copy and paste it into the annotation box at the bottom of your source in NoodleTools (click the three dots next to the citation and then "Edit" to get to the box).
