Books that may be of help to you have been placed on a small cart. You may use the catalog to locate additional books of criticism and overviews of your book if that will help you write your essay. However, the books which specifically address the adaptation of your literary work have been pulled for you.

Your VERY best bet for critical essays about your plays, or generic articles about Shakespeare.
Remember, you may need to use several different searches to get articles that will help you. Try searching on Othello AND Parker or Othello AND Nelson OR Shakespeare AND movie adaptations. Experiment!
You can always try to locate additional academic articles using Google scholar. However, you are often directed to subscription only databases like our Literature Resource Center, which you can't access without $, or to ebooks that you can buy.
Don't forget, the library has several copies of the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers, 7th Ed. If you can't find an example of a source in our KHS handout, check the complete handbook for help. Even better, ask your teacher or Ms. Teixeira for assistance.
